At Packaging Kite, we specialize in producing custom packaging solutions that are tailored to each customer’s requirements. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following return and refund guidelines:

Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable

All of our boxes and packaging products are custom-made. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except under the specific circumstances mentioned below.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, incorrect order placement, or customer error in artwork or specifications.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery by email at sales@packagingkite.com. Include your order number, a detailed description, and photos.

Return Shipping

We do not offer return shipping labels. If a return is approved (rare exceptions), it must be shipped back at your own cost.
